Employment Services Centers provide access to WorkInTexas.com, Texas most comprehensive online job resource.
Appeals of Unemployment Insurance Decisions Individuals receive information on how to appeal a prior decision on Unemployment Insurance Benefits.
Access to Child Care Individuals receive information about child care services in the area; employers receive information about available credits; and care givers receive information about assistance available for continuing education.
Employment &Training for Food Stamp Recipients Food Stamp recipients receive employment and training services to help them become employed and self-supporting. Employment, job search/job readiness activities and educational or vocational training are offered, as well as transportation and dependent child care expense reimbursement.
Employment &Training for TANF Applicants & Recipients Through the "Choices" program, employment and training services are provided for applicants and recipients of cash assistance under Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
Employment & Training for Dislocated Workers Centers coordinate training for eligible individuals who are unemployed due to mass layoffs, including activities such as occupational skills training, on-the-job training, work experience, GED preparation, and support for child care and transportation.
Employment & Training for Dislocated Workers due to Imports (TAA) Employment services, training, job search, and relocation allowances are provided to qualified individuals who lose their job as a result of increased imports.
Tax Info. & Assistance for Employers Employers receive information on Unemployment Compensation taxes and how to obtain assistance from TWC tax specialists.
Employment Services for Ex-Offenders Texas' Project RIO (Reintegration of Ex-Offenders) serves the inmate population within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and Texas Youth Commission, and released individuals, with counseling and employment services.
Employment, Training, and Support Services for Individuals affected by Layoffs or Imports from Canada or Mexico (NAFTA/TAA) Employment services, training, job search, and relocation allowances are provided to qualified individuals who lose their job as a result of mass layoffs or plant closings, or increased imports.
Employment and Training for Veterans Veterans may receive specialized services, such as counseling, testing , job-search assistance, referral, and placement.
Education & Training for Veterans Customers may find information on veteran education and training programs which are approved for payment of federal educational assistance benefits.
Employment & Training under the Workforce Investment Act Eligible adults and youth may receive a variety of employment and training services at one-stop centers, ranging from self-service resources for job-ready applicants to extensive training and support.
Employment Services for Unemployment Insurance Recipients Individuals receiving Unemployment Insurance Benefits may receive job search and placement assistance, as well as access to WorkInTexas.com, Texas most comprehensive online job resource.
Central Employer Job Listing Services Center activity is limited to accepting job postings from employers and assisting them in finding job seekers. No services are available to job seekers at this location.
