3.2 Service Rates, to add Employment Advancement Payment amounts paid to DARS CRP providers of supported employment and job placement services who are also under contract with the Social Security Administration as an Employment Network. Also to update the fees paid to providers of Diabetes Self-Management Education Services.

5.9.2 [Diabetes Self-Management Education Services] Qualifications, to update requirements for educators and providers of diabetes self-management education services for DBS consumers. These services may be provided by a registered nurse (RN), registered dietician (RD), or certified diabetes educator (CDE).

5.11.2 [Orientation and Mobility Training] Qualifications, to specify that all O&M providers must maintain certification through either the Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Educational Professionals (ACVREP) or the National Blindness Professional Certification Board (NBPCB) to continue contracting services with DBS.

5.12.2 Supported Employment (SE) Definitions, to add a link to new section 5.13 SSA/VR Ticket to Work Partnership Plus—Employment Network.

5.13 Social Security Administration/Vocational Rehabilitation (SSA/VR) Ticket to Work Partnership Plus—EN Employment Advancement Payments, new section added to document incentive payment program for DARS CRP providers of supported employment and job placement services who are also under contract with the Social Security Administration as an Employment Network. Incentives are awarded to providers for partnering with DARS to provide long-term support for Ticket to Work consumers after VR case closure.
