Learner Outcome Tracking System (LOTS)

The Workforce Development Division of the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) developed the Learner Outcome Tracking System (LOTS).

LOTS collects student-level performance data to determine post-program outcomes. The Skills Development Fund and the Self-Sufficiency Fund participant training is tracked by LOTS.

There will be two methods for most training providers to transmit data electronically to TWC: either through file transfer or through web-based data entry screens. Submission timelines are outlined in the training contract.
