Annual Domestic Reporting

Domestic employers who wish to elect annual filing must complete and return the Annual Domestic Election Form by December 31 to enable them to begin filing annually for the next year.

Please note that you must have only domestic employment. You are not eligible for annual filing if you have more than one type of employment.

Even if you elect to file annually, you may be required to provide wage information at other times in order to verify claimant wages on an "as needed" basis.

Domestic employers can file the annual report using Unemployment Tax Services or mail in the completed Form C-3DOM, Domestic Employer's Annual Report.
