- Each Accounts Examiner will sign their own correspondence. It is assumed that every memo coming
from a field examiner bears the supervisor's approval; therefore, it is unnecessary for a supervisor
to place their approval or initials on the memo.
- If the Interoffice Memorandum reports testimony, facts, or observations that might be used
in litigation, the examiner should sign their usual signature over his/her typed full name at
the end of the memorandum.
- All regular letters should be signed at the end of the letter.
