This multi-purpose screen is used to enter/inquire/update information regarding existing assignments and for processing new assignments.
This worklist shows all employer accounts in the accounts examiner's area of responsibility that are delinquent for quarterly reports. The list is broken down by zip code with account numbers listed in ascending order within each zip code. The report list shrinks or expands as reports are cleared or added to the list.
Field Accounts Examiners will have assignments on all accounts in their area of responsibility that meet specific criteria.
This worklist shows all accounts in the accounts examiner's area of responsibility that have a collectible balance that are not current. The list is used to locate accounts that can be referred for additional collection action, such as the filing of tax liens in additional counties, bank freezes/levies and/or assessment action. Bankrupt accounts are not included on this list.
This screen has two functions regarding collection activity stops. It can be used to see stops placed on all accounts assigned to an accounts examiner, no matter who placed the stop on the account. It can also be used to view a list of accounts on which a particular accounts examiner has placed stops.
This screen allows accounts examiners and supervisors to monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly production statistics for major worklists, audits, and blocked claims (B-27's). This list is updated in the nightly tax run.
