The Experience Rating Unit is responsible for:
Experience rating computations
Partial transfers
Copies of tax rate notices
Copies of chargeback information
Responding to questions regarding rate computations
Inquiries regarding tax rates and chargeback information should be handled by the Experience
Rating unit. These inquiries (written, verbal or by e-mail) should be forwarded to the Experience
Rating Unit.
Contact the Experience Rating Unit when:
A missing or incorrect tax rate is encountered
Correcting an incorrect First Chargeable Quarter
