6.14     Returned Mail

Employers receive a wide variety of correspondence from TWC. On occasion, some of this mail is returned to us undelivered. The following are guidelines for working such returned mail.

Returned mail will be assigned by series. Examples: C-198 packets with an out-of-state address and status generated correspondence.

6.14.1     Working In-State Returned Mail

Check to see if the address has changed on the EMF. If it has, mail the correspondence to the current address.
